What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

At MaddieJ's, we offer standard domestic shipping at USPS service rates.

And Express/Overnight shipping is also available at USPS service rates

Custom orders are Not Eligible for Express/Overnight shipping at anytime, as these are one of a kind pieces handmade pieces. And turnaround is 4-7 weeks for shipping after processing.

Standard domestic shipping is 3-4 days after order has been processed.

For Express/Overnight shipping, order must be placed by 3pm EST. to be shipped out same day after processing.



I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
At MaddieJ's, we want you to love your shopping experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) for exchange or store credit ONLY as long it meets the following requirements:

You must contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery
Items must be unworn, undamaged, unused and in original packaging with tags still attached

If requirements are met, within 4-7 business days a store credit will be issued.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours at no penalty.
Order(s) must canceled prior to shipping.


I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at  maddiejaccessories@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does order processing take?

We want to be sure your purchase is handled with love and care, please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing on all domestic shipping orders.

Express/Overnight shipping received before 3pm est will processed same day.
